Presentation - Neat, Clean, no element that does not contribute to flavour, nothing present on the plate is fake or unnecessary.
My thoughts: Above visual - a whole new world presented in a bowl the mushrooms are trees and the sea is dark brown. The sand is made by the beautiful textured bowl with a shadow creeping over the rim. Just waiting for somebody to dive in and taste all the flavour this world has to offer.
Client : When he decried his presentation of food 'Everything is there for a reason.'
This is also the falsity I create my own work by therefore should be able to mirror this clearly in the personality of this private dining company brand.
