Imagery Realisation

I came across this image from the famous dancer Misty Copeland, this made me really want to research further into different ethnicity, the majority and the minority within the professional world of ballet and why? Since seeing this I look back at all my designs and realised it shows a very bias view of white! And I don’t want the brand to be seen as favouring or bias towards a type of skin colour therefore I may include a variation of skin colours with my illustration or within the background I have not decided however I will give this some consideration as I more forward. Here are just some initial ideas.
